My Space Pod™ modular building system applies itself to numerous applications from a single Pod unit to a whole campus housing thousands of dormitories.

My Space Pod™ Student accommodation is Ideally designed to provide the intercommunicating buildings of 100 to 250 Pods, where floor plates can accommodate 25 to 50 cluster Pods per floor, with the possibility of further options ( subject to planning and building regulations) to add on more accommodation when needed. Lifts to all floors, & Wheelchair access is available to all floors. Each individual bedroom has its own en suite facilities, where applicable communal amenities include a reception area, kitchens, laundry rooms, relaxation areas, bicycle racks. In urban locations cafes, restaurants and roof gardens can easily be accommodated by applying the same system.

My Space Pod™ self contained independent pods can be stand alone or set within a communal environment, each individual studio bedroom having its own en suite facilities.
